People have been messaging me for years asking how I do this, and for a long time the only honest answer I had was to work with them one on one. That's who the course was built for. It starts at picking a niche and assumes you've never made a Short in your life, so you don't need any background in editing or YouTube before you start.

Beyond the membership, no. Plenty of people in here edit their own Shorts on free software until the channel starts earning, and only then use the tool and editor lists to start buying their time back.

Neither. I've never shown my face and I don't narrate my own channels, and the entire system is built around staying anonymous.

It depends on your niche and how consistently you post, so anyone giving you a fixed number is guessing. What I can tell you is that the people who get there fastest are the ones uploading daily from the first week.
