People have been messaging me for years asking how I do this, and for a long time the only honest answer I had was to work with them one on one. That works, but I can only do it with a few people at a time, and I always felt weird about everyone else being left to piece it together from random YouTube videos that mostly aren't very good.
So I put the whole thing in one place. The course, every SOP I run my own channels on, the niche catalogue, the calls, all of it. It's not a lighter version I built for a community, it's the actual stuff, and honestly some of it I probably should have charged properly for.
$49 is what lets me keep it open to anyone who wants it instead of a handful of people. Nothing gatekept.

Instead of guessing, you choose from a catalogue of niches that's updated daily with what's currently working and what's worth avoiding. This is the part most people spend a month getting wrong, and it's the fastest thing you can fix by being in here.
Setup, sourcing, editing and uploading all have a written process behind them, which is the same set I hand to my own team. You follow them rather than working it out from scratch, and the templates cover the parts that usually slow people down.
When something breaks or the numbers stop making sense, you post it in the Discord and get answers from people who've hit the same wall recently. The weekly calls are where the bigger stuff gets worked through, including channel reviews.
This is built for anyone who wants to put in the work and end up owning something that pays them every month without needing them there. That's the whole point of the model. You build the channel once, you keep it running, and it keeps paying whether you feel like working that week or not.
What it isn't is a way to skip the building part. Everything you need is in here, but you're still the one who has to use it.
These are results from students I've worked with directly. Same method, same resources, all of it inside.
Just hit my first $10k+ month from one channel
People can say whatever they want about the program, the only thing I can say is that it works
I think am in 400k view jail
the football channel is actually printing now, $100 to $150 a day pretty consistently

That's who the course was built for. It starts at picking a niche and assumes you've never made a Short in your life, so you don't need any background in editing or YouTube before you start.
Beyond the membership, no. Plenty of people in here edit their own Shorts on free software until the channel starts earning, and only then use the tool and editor lists to start buying their time back.
Neither. I've never shown my face and I don't narrate my own channels, and the entire system is built around staying anonymous.
That's exactly what the catalogue is for, and it's updated daily rather than being a fixed list that ages badly. It shows what's currently working, what's saturated, and what pays well enough to be worth your time.
It depends on your niche and how consistently you post, so anyone giving you a fixed number is guessing. What I can tell you is that the people who get there fastest are the ones uploading daily from the first week.
The first week or two is heavier because you're setting everything up, and after that it settles into a couple of hours a day. Once the process is running properly, most of that time is repeatable work you can eventually hand off.
Usually more useful, because you've got real data to work with. Bring it to the feedback channel or a weekly call and you'll find out what's holding it back rather than guessing at it.
Yes, and most people in here aren't American. Your RPM is driven by where your viewers are rather than where you are, which is covered properly in the course.
The Discord is where everything lives, but the course, the SOP vault, the niche catalogue and the weekly calls are what you're actually paying for. A server on its own is just a group chat.
